1941 Taylorcraft BL-65
NC34051
NC34051 is a BC65 built in 1941. Used during WWII in the Civilian Pilot Training (CPT) program it found it's way to Nebraska after the war. There it was used for flight instruction and after learning to fly in it, Jessie and Mertie Henry (Sheryl's grandparents) purchased it for their personal use. After selling it in the early fifties, it went through several owners until in 1996 we were able to purchase the plane. Currently NC34051 is in line for restoration behind NC43859.

At the time the Henrys owned NC34051, the color was red and black separated by a gold stripe. We plan to restore the plane to these colors.
